These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any enquiry, quotation, or order you make through it. This is a general summary rather than a substitute for the specific contract terms agreed on any individual order — where the two differ, the signed order contract controls.
Xervion Trading operates through three registered entities depending on your region: Xervion Trading Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 17028876) for UK and European buyers; Xervion Trading, LLC (registered in Delaware, USA) for US buyers; and Xervion Trading (Pvt) Ltd. (registered in Pakistan) for regional and sourcing-side operations. References to "Xervion," "we," "us," or "our" mean whichever of these entities you are actually contracting with for a given order, which will be confirmed in writing before any binding agreement is made.
This website and its content — text, images, logos, and the site design itself — belong to Xervion Trading unless otherwise credited. You may browse and share content from this site for personal or business reference, but may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Information on this website, including product descriptions and any pricing indication, is provided for general reference and does not constitute a binding offer. A quotation issued in response to a specific enquiry is valid only for the period stated in that quotation and is subject to supplier and market availability at the time of order confirmation. A binding order exists only once both parties have agreed and signed or otherwise confirmed specific terms — product specification, quantity, price, payment terms, and delivery terms — in writing.
Payment methods and terms (including Letter of Credit, Telegraphic Transfer, escrow, or deposit-plus-balance structures) are agreed on a per-order basis and set out in the relevant order confirmation or contract. Nothing on this website constitutes a standing payment agreement.
Shipping terms for any order are governed by the Incoterm agreed for that specific shipment. Estimated timelines referenced on this website or in general communication are indicative only; actual transit and customs clearance times depend on factors outside our control, including carrier schedules, port conditions, and destination-country customs processing.
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that any product ordered complies with the import regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards of the destination country. Where we hold or reference specific certifications (such as FDA clearance, CE marking, or EN safety standards) for a product category, this reflects the certification status of that product line as understood at the time of listing and does not replace the buyer's own compliance verification for their specific market and use case.
Where samples are provided ahead of a bulk order, the sample represents the agreed reference specification for that order. Reasonable variation within normal manufacturing tolerances may occur in bulk production; material deviation from the approved sample or agreed written specification should be raised promptly so it can be addressed under the terms of the specific order contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xervion Trading's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform an obligation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, port closures, government action, or significant disruption to international shipping.
These terms, and any order contract, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Xervion entity is registered — England and Wales for orders through Xervion Trading Limited, Delaware, USA for orders through Xervion Trading, LLC, and Pakistan for orders through Xervion Trading (Pvt) Ltd. — unless the relevant order contract specifies otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or applicable law. The version in effect at the time of a specific order is the one that applies to that order.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@xerviontrading.com, or via the office contact details in the footer of this site.
This page is a general summary provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. Given Xervion Trading operates across multiple jurisdictions, we recommend buyers with specific legal questions about a contract consult their own legal counsel, and we periodically review this page with qualified legal counsel of our own.
