What We Move How It Works Where We Are Why Xervion Insights Get In Touch

White Label. Your Brand, Our Supply Chain.

Private-label manufacturing and custom-branded goods, produced through our sourcing network and delivered under your name.

You don't need to own a factory to own a product line. Through our manufacturing and sourcing network across Asia and the Middle East, we produce private-label goods to your formulation, packaging, and brand specification.

From small-batch runs to full bulk production, we manage manufacturing, custom packaging, and logistics — so what arrives is ready to sell under your name, not ours.

White label programs live or die on one thing: whether the bulk production run actually matches the sample you approved. We treat that verification step as non-negotiable, regardless of how strong the relationship with a factory has been on paper.

If you're deciding between white label and private label, or want the full pre-production checklist, our guides on private label vs. white label and the white label manufacturing checklist cover both in detail.

MOQs for white label runs vary significantly by product category and factory, and the right number for a first order is rarely the factory's advertised minimum. We negotiate trial-order terms where it makes sense, so a new brand relationship doesn't require committing to a full production run on day one.

Formulation ownership and exclusivity

Not every white label arrangement is identical on what you actually own. Some factories will treat a formulation as exclusive to your brand once you've made changes to it; others will happily sell a near-identical version to the next buyer who asks. We confirm this explicitly before production, since it directly affects how defensible your product is once it's on shelf.

Packaging and labeling changes are usually the fastest, cheapest way to differentiate a white label product without moving to full private label costs. Custom color, closure, or branding on otherwise standard packaging can meaningfully change how a product is perceived, even when the product inside the bottle or box is identical to what a competitor is also selling.

Reorder lead time is worth locking in alongside the first order, not negotiated fresh each time. A factory that quotes a fast first-run timeline can still leave you waiting far longer on reorders if that expectation isn't set explicitly upfront.
